卡薩布蘭卡（Casablanca）城市經典素白、撒哈拉沙漠的紅土、生機盎然的綠洲…吸收了飽滿日光後，整體建築忠實呈現出鮮明的北非摩洛哥（Morocco
）的色彩。

來到此地，你只消穿越大門，隔絕了城市喧囂，便踏入自成一格的世界旅程：優雅的瓷白籠罩，或深或淺襯搭的土褐、輕盈的金屬銀相輔，偶有裸露的灰板模色塊，使得細膩與粗獷和諧共存，營造出輕鬆舒適的度假氣息。當你靜靜待下，將會感受空間的流動感；古典建築抽繹的弧線、層次無處不在；大量通透材質，引入流洩不絕的日光，更是低聲的襯底樂，共譜出明亮且柔板的協奏曲……

位於台中南屯區、獨棟的Yolo Moment二店，鄰近一帶建築密度不高，JSC Studio將建地讓出前庭，完整營造出跳脫地域的獨特異國風情：植栽豐茂的綠洲中央，簇擁著一棟土紅、磁白分明的建築，展現出氣候宜人的地中海暖意風情。層層堆砌的外觀，猶如一座形狀雅緻的鮮奶油蛋糕，以金屬及木作層次收邊，妝點細緻經典。此外，考量了長型建築結構的採光問題，設計師特將前後大面開窗，更於建築頂方設置天井，順至前方中央的狹長型窗戶，連結成一條通道，大大歡迎光線的導入；每一層前簷的上方亦鏤空鋪上玻璃，增添多方位的通透感。

進入室內，檯面、牆面與玻璃帷幕各式弧面，圓潤了長型空間，更以輕盈穿透的材質，帶來視覺寬闊度，亦減低空間原條件的壓迫感。區域分布方面，一樓前半部一分為二，一為開放式的外帶點餐區，一為由玻璃隔間的客製禮盒包廂區，方便私人訂製洽談使用；後半部及二樓則為座位區，三樓為完整烘焙烹調作業空間。

整體視覺部分，以鏤空天井樓梯為主軸，縱向灑落，再由大量植物圍繞，打造出日光充分的溫室情境；銀白金屬樓梯創造輕盈未來感，從週遭沈穩材質脫穎而出，不失和諧。此外，弧面解決長型空間狹隘問題，更創造流動感，尤以弧形的立體天花挑空且向前掀起，一如承接滂薄日光瀑布的湧流，持續向前推進著。

色彩材質部分，設計師擅用白色、土色、深淺木色高低層次，佈局出細膩莊重感；搭配裸露泥灰板模的柱體及牆面，表達了石材的渾樸粗獷，相互輝映，營造出新古典優雅高貴的氣勢；偶有重色的黑點綴，猶如鋼琴的黑鍵，帶來快板跳躍的輕快節奏。

The architecture faithfully relays the vibrant colors of Morocco with classic white tones from the city of Casablanca, red dust hues from the Saharan desert, and a luscious oasis brimming with sunlight.

To enter this exotic land, simply step through our doors. Leave the bustling city behind you and begin your own journey into the world. Within these gates, you will find carefree holiday vibes created through a perfect harmony of sophistication and rawness. Porcelain white permeates the space, shades of brown juxtaposes a metallic silver, and bare grey blocks sometimes peep through the surface. Stay and experience the fluid space filled with classic archways and layers that pervade the space; the transparent materials that embrace a seemingly eternal stream of sunlight; and a low, humming layer under the surface that is woven into a bright Adagio concerto.

Located in Nantun District, Taichung, the second Yolo Moment store stands alone in a sparsely populated area. The JSC Studio specifically reserved space for a front yard to construct a truly exotic environment that removes visitors from where they are. To create a beautiful Mediterranean space, a lush green oasis surrounds an architecture comprised of clay red and porcelain white color blocks. The layered exterior is reminiscent of an elegant shortcake that is adorned with metallic and wooden layers for that extra attention to detail. The architect also designed large windows in the front and back of the building to compensate for the lighting problems in a long rectangular structure. The roof is equipped with a sunroof that extends to the narrow window on the front exterior to create a passage for and of light. The eaves are hollowed out and covered with glass to offer a diversity of transparency.

Stepping inside, we can find arch elements on surfaces, walls, and glass walls that smooths out the edges of the rectangular space. We’ve also adopted light, transparent materials to give the illusion of a more expansive space given existing limitations. In terms of the layout, the front half of the first floor is divided into two areas: an open take-out area and a glass room for private business discussions with clients. The other half and the second floor are seating areas while the third floor serves as the bakery and kitchen.

The visual theme revolves around the staircase under the sunroof that traverses vertically down and is surrounded by lush green flora to create a sunlit greenhouse. The metallic silver steps imbue the space with a futuristic element that subtly offsets its more sober surroundings. The arches also compensate for the rectangular architecture’s narrow space by introducing greater fluidity, especially with the arched ceiling that is flipped up to construct the illusion of sunlight pouring down.

As for the color palette, the designer opted for white, warm beige, and varying shades of brown to manipulate a refined and serene ambiance while the bare grey blocks on the pillars and walls evokes a rawness and grittiness found in stone materials. The juxtaposition therein creates a neo-classical design that is beautifully elegant. The rare black embellishments are akin to ebony keys on a piano that delivers an upbeat allegro tempo.
