一如港灣，亦如一雙張開、表示歡迎的臂膀。
將賓客納至懷中，以美饌撫慰。
訪客踏浪而來，循著白色的溪流上岸，
沿途有平坦的黑岩，有虛實交錯的樹林，在眼前無盡地展開…
覓一處優雅自在之地棲息，始發現隨處像心適意、信手捻來之美，
實則為主人潤物細無聲的精心款待。
Fujin Tree Dazhi is a harbor and a welcoming embrace that brings their guests in comfort their souls with delectable food. Visitors are brought in on waves and come ashore following a glistening stream with smooth, black stones and forests along the way, unfolding before their eyes.
In their seats, guests find themselves enveloped with comforting hospitality and casual aesthetics that hint at the host’s exquisite taste and seamless service.

以新現代主義（neo-modernism）出發，去繁為簡，揉入古典美學，Jsc Studio承襲「富錦樹台菜香檳」系列道地台菜、法式優雅飲食美學的氛圍，今將進駐英迪格酒店HOTEL INDIGO的大直店，再推升至精品路線。從佈局、細節及材質處處著墨，在在展現精心之作。
Inspired by neo-modernism, interior designs for Fujin Tree Dazhi were intentionally minimalistic and incorporates classic aesthetics. JSC studio retains the heritage of Fujin Tree as a Taiwanese restaurant of French elegance and brings the brand to another level in its Dazhi location at Hotel Indigo. Special detail is taken for the layout, details, and materials, presenting a truly exquisite masterpiece.

Jsc Studio設計團隊跳脫一般飯店繁複設計、高檔材質的思維，大量採用磁磚、玻璃、不鏽鋼等現代材質，以黑白色階及金色菱格線條，去演繹高雅氣質；此外，輔以「新藝術」( Art Nouveau ) 的有機流線的交錯，擅以動靜、虛實交錯的手法，展現空間裡虛空間（illusory space）的曖昧幻境。
The JSC Studio design team decided to take a different route, opting for modern materials such as tiles, glass, and stainless steel over the complex designs and high-end materials traditional to many restaurants. The black & white steps and gold lines manifest grace and elegance, while the organic interaction with Art Nouveau exemplifies the Studio’s deftness with spotlighting illusory spaces of contradicting facets.

入口處以弧形木作作為引導，仿若港灣一般，可以吸納船隻進港停留；弧線又如一雙張開的手臂，歡迎賓客入場；木作採亮面鋼琴烤漆，展現飯店環境高質感，更以脫開拼接設計，降低視覺壓迫。地板部分，則採用輕盈的白色洞石與沈穩的黑色磁磚對比，做出區域劃分；白色更象徵港灣溯源的河流小溪，創造視覺的動態感。
The curved wooden panels at the entrance serve as a guide and a harbor, bringing in ships to enter and take their rest. The curved lines are also akin to opened arms, welcoming guests into the restaurant. With a lacquer piano finish, the wooden panels further showcase the restaurant’s high-quality environment, while the spliced design opens up the space visually. For the floor, the design team opted for white travertine juxtaposed with the stoic black tiles for different sections. The white symbolizes a creek flowing out of the harbor, creating a more fluid visual.

視覺的動靜變化，更於餐廳外圍做呼應。玻璃帷幕內有機線不鏽鋼弧線，與柔軟的白色窗簾，創造出軟硬對比、動靜交疊的線條錯視感。其中，木頭材質的遮掩，亦與玻璃材質的穿透，做出虛實交錯的變化，待日光進入，更是帶來室內的光影藝術饗宴。
The dynamic visuals correspond with the restaurant’s exteriors as well. Organic lines within the glass curtain and curved stainless steel create a layered texture with the soft, gentle white curtains. The opaque wooden panels also offset the transparent glass where the reality and the virtual intersect. As the sunlight falls into the restaurant, guests can also witness a visual feast of light and shadows.

空間內部以黑白及金色菱格線條，展現極簡俐落性格，又輔以細部材質變化及設計巧思，傳達其精品感。整體分為三種高度的視覺層次：地平以沈穩石材的黑色呈現；人身腰部的高度，則多以溫潤的深木色；腰部之上，採用明度較高的白色，使提亮空間、擴闊視野及簡潔明瞭之感，達到豁然開朗的效果，更採用磁磚、骨瓷燈、馬來漆等不同材質，去展現細緻質感變化之美。
The black and white color palette and golden lines create a minimalist and simple design that, when juxtaposed with textural changes and creative designs, conveys exquisite beauty. There are three visual layers in total: the black stone material on the ground level, the dark wooden hue at the waist level, and a brighter white palette at the eye level to illuminate the space, expand the vision, and create a sense of minimalism. The different materials of tile, bone china lights, and stucco also further create a refined aesthetic.

座位區以高及腰部的木作，作為屏風及區域劃分之隔，其間黑白跳色猶如琴鍵，帶來空間的律動。家具部分更以後現代風格拼貼方式，延續其動態活潑性及趣味性：椅子特以傳統的明式形式，穿上白色繃布及不鏽鋼腳，帶來東西合併的風格；桌子則以細膩木面、大理石材，佐上大氣的木作腳柱，充分展現古典與現代的對座及融合。
The wooden panels at the waist level in the seating area serve as a screen to section off different areas. The black and white colors are like piano keys, bringing rhythm to the space. The furniture is inspired by modern splicing designs and continues the dynamic, fun design throughout the whole space, e.g., the chairs are traditional Ming chairs with white covers and stainless steel legs to juxtapose western and eastern designs. The table uses wood materials, marble, and wooden legs to manifest the integration of classic and modernity.

座位區後方是一個開放式廚房，由一個長10米的吧台展開其氣勢，再藉由上下左右包覆設計，將Jsc Studio一貫的呈現立方體（Cube）手法發揮極致。正面吧台上方為脫開的白色吊櫃，仿若積木卡接至天花板上，在燈光照射下，整體像一座白色前衛展演舞台。轉身至側面，為一整面櫃體設計，木作中嵌入兩道洗牆燈，不但打亮酒品，更透出未來感；風格延伸至內部的防火空間，弱化防火門的存在，更藉由燈帶及鏡面元素，創造出虛空間的魔幻氛圍。
Behind the seating area is an open kitchen with an expansive 10-meter long bar. JSC Studio then applies our famous cube method by boxing the bar area. From the front, right above the bar is a white hanging cabinet that seems latched onto the ceiling like a lego piece. Under the light, the bar and cabinet set looks like an Avant-Garde stage. On the side, a cabinet covers the entire wall section with two wall lights embedded in the wooden panels to spotlight the wine and liquor selection but also present a futuristic design. The style extends into the fireproof space inside as well, minimalizing the existence of the fire door and using lighting and mirrors to create an illusory space.

空間的最後方為包廂區。外圍以白牆佐橫燈帶、直銅條妝點，搭配金絲靈動的蕾絲木門面，打造專屬區域的高規格氣勢。緊鄰的門及對應的內部，為一個鏡像空間，由一座櫃體木作中線開始向左右對稱，圓桌、座位、穹頂燈座亦若是，亦有一幅格柵狀的鏡面作為端景，虛實之間，創造出兩相對應、無限延伸的詩意境界。此外，包廂的廁所的尺度與精緻度，也襯托出專屬高級質感，值得一提的是，洗手台周圍創新採用明鏡加霧玻包圍，在戶外光線的折射下，展現一片碧綠的湖面色澤，讓人自在放鬆。
The last section in the restaurant is the private seating section with light banners and bronze plates running across and down the white walls. The lace wooden door gives the exclusive area an imposing manner. The neighboring door and inside is a symmetric space with the centerline being a wooden cabinet. The round tables, seating, and light domes are all symmetric within the space and highlighted by a mirror running down the wall to create a poetic realm extending into infinity. The size and quality of the private lounges also manifest status. The design team has also added mirrors and frosted glass to create a green hue from sunlight shining in, evoking a lake and a sense of relaxation.
