是完美凝態。
空間意義與形式的流動,在此融合成有機的渾圓。經過淬鍊、再沈澱,終還原出「涉」(shibui)的雅質況味;使細節,亦是部分組成的全然的空氣,全然脫開塵囂。走過一天的喧嘩,回歸至此空間,可緩慢吸吐悠靜原真的生活。
沈潛空間,絕對的黑白分際中,細節處有混沌的駝灰,彷若是時間沈積下的自然色澤;柔軟如巢穴的量體,亦經過嚴謹的垂直水平線條切割,讓有機化為典雅婉約……一切有如在制約與反制約兩力扯動下,呈現自在且精緻的成果。此為專注日式美學及有機現代主義的JSC Studio,歷經反覆審思推敲,抽繹出的空間發展觀。
以弧的造型作為空間語彙,詮釋出不同的姿態:輕盈的飛翼、內凹傾斜的迴旋,抑若是銜接兩樓之間的樓梯,圓潤飽滿的轉折、上掀式的包覆,不僅是時尚的表現形式,更像是邀請居住者一同在三維度中,閱讀出簡約詩意,觀想滑冰選手的旋轉、跳躍、轉體、托舉的俐落優美線條,於心理影像做一美好延伸;此外,更於斷差、溝縫中,脫開流動感,畫下休止節奏,同時解決量體的巨大化,也讓空間視覺避免狹長延展。
在量體的處理上,除了有機弧線,JSC Studio在此也採擅長的幾何美學方法。書房靠牆的整面書架,以砌石的概念,帶來垂直線條的紮實穩重感,水平的層版及溝縫,則是視覺反差下細膩輕巧。樓梯欄杆的部份,以黑白點線面元素構成,猶如五線譜上躍動的音符;金屬杆與泥作的脫開,為機密計算後的留白喘息;此外玻璃面體素材,則與泥作相映,打造虛實層次的美感。
探究深沈原真,以石材、木紋、特殊塗料等自然象徵材質,創造出人與自然的共生性,使居住的舒適性,由生理內化自心中。此外,試圖以不同原料肌理之美,演繹黑或白的多層次色澤,瀝透出「涉」(shibui)粉霧色的內斂高雅;更輔以細節處的拘謹收邊,打造雋永經典,如樓梯間內凹的大理石壁貼扶手處、轉折處雙向斜度比例;電視牆面以實體木作包玻璃,仿火爐造型,帶來居家溫暖的象徵性,更呈現挑空、虛實呼應的當代手法;黑白、木作金屬搭配的臥室門,以雙開或推拉的形式,帶來居家若飯店生活的尊榮感。
動線格局思維上, 空間上下兩層雖皆有臥室,樓下規劃為對外的公領域,有完整的客餐機能,更以弧的方向性,作為區域劃分的引導。樓上則為家人間對內相處的私生活空間,上樓梯處有著簡單交誼或休閒的起居室,書房及主臥室則為相通,若私領域內修養生息的繭殼,使居住者經過休息後,直通書房,閱讀或寫作,為完整進行自我體悟沈澱的場域。
The perfect condensation.
Flowing between meaning and formation of space to integrate into an organic sphere.Through refining and settling, the elegance of Shibui is recreated.Details formed the space make it a place far from the madding crowd.After a razzle-dazzling day, you can slow yourself down and breathe the pureness of life in this space.
The calming space. There are muddling doe between the definite black and white as the color naturally formed with time. The soft and cozy space was carefully cut in vertical and horizontal way to demonstrate its grace as the delicate outcomes of the interaction between restrict and un-restrict. JSC Studio focuses on the Japanese anesthetics and organic modernism. It’s the sense of spatial development created by JSC Studio with multiple reflections.
The curve expresses different gestures: the wing-shaped and inward spiraling stairs connect two floors are the perfect twist and the up-lift cover for the space. Such an expression of fashion invites residents to enjoy the neat but elegant design while immerse in the poetic atmosphere. In addition, the gaps and cuts create the pauses between the flow which also provide openness of the space.
In addition to the organic curves, JSC studio also used the geometric aesthetics on the building volume. Stone masonry provides both vertical and horizontal lines and creates the contrast visually. The black and white stair rails bring out the feeling of notes on the music sheet. The gaps between metal pole and cement structure is carefully arranged for blank-leaving. The use of glass material contrasts with cement structure to create the layers of beauty.
The use of raw materials such as stone, wood, and special coating creates the symbiotic interactions between man and the nature hence internalized the living comforts from the material world to inner spirits. Furthermore, the black and white layers built up with different materials generated the introverted elegance of “shibui.” The focus on details such as marble on the stairs, the ratio of the slop around the corner, the glass covered by woods on the TV wall, the fireplace-liked design, the modern techniques to create void in the room, and black and white, wood and metal combined bedroom door design help create the lasting classics.
Both floors are equipped with bedroom while downstairs are programmed as the public space with full functioned living and dining areas. The curves again used as the guides for each area. Upstairs are the private living space for the resident family. A family room locates at the top of the stairs. Home office and master bedroom are connected. Residents can have a rest and head for the office to read or write. It’s a shell-liked space where you can both find the inner peace and improve yourself.
